The word of the LORD came to me:

"Son of man, how is of a better than that of a branch on any of the trees in the forest?
“人子啊，葡萄树比别样树有什么强处？葡萄枝比众树枝有什么好处？

ever taken from it to make anything useful? Do they make from it to hang things on?

And after it is thrown on the fire as fuel and the both ends and the middle, is it then anything?
看哪！已经抛在火中当作柴烧，火既烧了两头，中间也被烧了，还有益于工用吗？
结15:5
If it was not anything when it was whole, how much less can it be made into something useful when the fire has burned it and it is ?
完全的时候尚且不合乎什么工用，何况被火烧坏，还能合乎什么工用吗？
结15:6
"Therefore this is what the LORD says: As I have given of the among the trees of the forest as fuel for the fire, so will I treat the people living in .
所以主耶和华如此说：众树以内的葡萄树，我怎样使它在火中当柴，也必照样待耶路撒冷的居民。
结15:7
I will set my face against them. Although they have come out of the fire, the fire will yet consume them. And when I set my face against them, you will know that I am the LORD.
我必向他们变脸，他们虽从火中出来，火却要烧灭他们。我向他们变脸的时候，你们就知道我是耶和华。
结15:8
I will make the land because they have been , declares the LORD."
我必使地土荒凉，因为他们行事干犯我。这是主耶和华说的。”
