耶21:1
The word came to from the LORD when King sent to him Pashhur son of Malkijah and the priest son of . They said:
耶和华的话临到耶利米。那时，西底家王打发玛基雅的儿子巴施户珥和玛西雅的儿子祭司西番雅去见耶利米说：
耶21:2

耶利米对他们说：“你们当对西底家这样说：
耶21:4
'This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: I am about to turn against you the weapons of war that are in your hands, which you are using to fight the king of and the who are outside the wall you. And I will gather them inside this city.
'耶和华以色列的 神如此说：我要使你们手中的兵器，就是你们在城外与巴比伦王和围困你们的迦勒底人打仗的兵器翻转过来，又要使这些都聚集在这城中。
耶21:5
I myself will fight against you with an hand and a arm in anger and and great .
并且我要在怒气、忿怒和大恼恨中，用伸出来的手，并大能的膀臂，亲自攻击你们。
耶21:6
I will strike down those who live in this city -- both men and animals -- and they will die of a terrible .
又要击打这城的居民，连人带牲畜都必遭遇大瘟疫死亡。
耶21:7
After that, , I will hand over king of , his officials and the people in this city who survive , sword and , to king of and to their enemies who seek their lives. He will put them to ; he will show them or pity or .'
以后我要将犹大王西底家和他的臣仆百姓，就是在城内，从瘟疫、刀剑、饥荒中剩下的人，都交在巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的手中和他们仇敌，并寻索其命的人手中。巴比伦王必用刀击杀他们，不顾惜，不可怜，不怜悯。这是耶和华说的。'
耶21:8
"Furthermore, tell the people,'This is what the LORD says: See, I am setting before you the way of life and the way of death.
你要对这百姓说：'耶和华如此说：看哪！我将生命的路和死亡的路摆在你们面前。
耶21:9

住在这城里的必遭刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死；但出去归降围困你们迦勒底人的必得存活，要以自己的命为掠物。
耶21:10

耶和华说：我向这城变脸，降祸不降福，这城必交在巴比伦王的手中，他必用火焚烧。'

至于犹大王的家,你们当听耶和华的话。
耶21:12
O house of David, this is what the LORD says: "'Administer justice every morning; the hand of his the one who has been , or my will break out and burn like fire because of you have done -- burn with no one to it.
大卫家啊，耶和华如此说：'你们每早晨要施行公平，拯救被抢夺的脱离欺压人的手，恐怕我的忿怒因你们的恶行发作，如火着起，甚至无人能以熄灭。'
耶21:13
