赛59:1
Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.
耶和华的膀臂并非缩短，不能拯救，耳朵并非发沉，不能听见。

But your have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.
但你们的罪孽使你们与 神隔绝。你们的罪恶使他掩面不听你们。

No one calls for justice; no one pleads his case with integrity. They rely on empty arguments and speak lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil.
无一人按公义告状，无一人凭诚实辨白，都倚靠虚妄，说谎言。所怀的是毒害，所生的是罪孽。

所结的网不能成为衣服；所做的也不能遮盖自己。他们的行为都是罪孽；手所做的都是强暴。

Their feet rush into sin; they are to innocent blood. Their thoughts are evil thoughts; and destruction mark their ways.
他们的脚奔跑行恶，他们急速流无辜人的血。意念都是罪孽，所经过的路都荒凉毁灭。
赛59:8
The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into roads; no one who walks in them will know peace.
平安的路，他们不知道；所行的事没有公平。他们为自己修弯曲的路，凡行此路的，都不知道平安。
赛59:9
So justice is far from us, and does not reach us. We look for light, but all is darkness; for , but we walk in deep shadows.
因此，公平离我们远，公义追不上我们。我们指望光亮，却是黑暗；指望光明，却行幽暗。
赛59:10
Like the blind we along the wall, feeling our way like men without eyes. we as if it were ; among the strong, we are like the dead.
我们摸索墙壁，好像瞎子；我们摸索，如同无目之人。我们晌午绊脚，如在黄昏一样；我们在肥壮人中，像死人一般。
赛59:11
We all like bears; we like . We look for justice, but find none; for , but it is far away.
我们咆哮如熊，哀鸣如鸽。指望公平，却是没有；指望救恩，却远离我们。
赛59:12
For our offenses are many in your sight, and our sins testify against us. Our offenses are ever with us, and we acknowledge our :
我们的过犯在你面前增多，罪恶作见证告我们；过犯与我们同在。至于我们的罪孽，我们都知道：
赛59:13
and against the LORD, turning our backs on our God, and , lies our hearts have conceived.
就是悖逆不认识耶和华，转去不跟从我们的 神，说欺压和叛逆的话，心怀谎言，随即说出。
赛59:14
So justice is driven back, and stands at a distance; truth has in the streets, cannot enter.
并且公平转而退后，公义站在远处；诚实在街上仆倒，正直也不得进入。

诚实少见，离恶的人反成掠物。那时，耶和华看见没有公平，甚不喜悦。
赛59:16
He saw that there was no one, he was that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm worked for him, and his own sustained him.
他见无人拯救，无人代求，甚为诧异，就用自己的膀臂施行拯救，以公义扶持自己。

如此，人从日落之处必敬畏耶和华的名；从日出之地，也必敬畏他的荣耀。因为仇敌好像急流的河水冲来，是耶和华之气所驱逐的。
赛59:20

“必有一位救赎主来到锡安雅各族中转离过犯的人那里。”这是耶和华说的。
赛59:21
