赛48:1
"Listen to this, O house of Jacob, you who are called by the name of Israel and come from the line of Judah, you who take oaths in the name of the LORD and invoke the God of Israel -- but not in truth or righteousness --
雅各家称为以色列名下、从犹大水源出来的，当听我言！你们指着耶和华的名起誓，提说以色列的 神，却不凭诚实，不凭公义。


赛48:2
you who call yourselves citizens of the holy city and rely on the God of Israel -- the LORD Almighty is his name:
他们自称为圣城的人，所倚靠的是名为万军之耶和华──以色列的 神。


赛48:3
I foretold the former things long ago, my mouth announced them and I made them known; then suddenly I acted, and they came to pass.
主说：早先的事，我从古时说明，已经出了我的口，也是我所指示的。我忽然行作，事便成就。


赛48:4
For I knew how stubborn you were; the sinews of your neck were iron, your forehead was bronze.
因为我素来知道你是顽梗的，你的颈项是铁的，你的额是铜的。


赛48:5
Therefore I told you these things long ago; before they happened I announced them to you so that you could not say,'My idols did them; my wooden image and metal god ordained them.'
所以我从古时将这事给你说明，在未成以先指示你，免得你说：'这些事是我的偶像所行的，是我雕刻的偶像和我铸造的偶像所命定的。'


赛48:6
You have heard these things; look at them all. Will you not admit them? "From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you.
你已经听见，现在要看见这一切，你不说明吗？从今以后，我将新事，就是你所不知道的隐密事指示你。


赛48:7
They are created now, and not long ago; you have not heard of them before today. So you cannot say,'Yes, I knew of them.'
这事是现今造的，并非从古就有；在今日以先，你也未曾听见，免得你说：'这事我早已知道了。'


赛48:8
You have neither heard nor understood; from of old your ear has not been open. Well do I know how treacherous you are; you were called a rebel from birth.
你未曾听见，未曾知道，你的耳朵从来未曾开通。我原知道你行事极其诡诈，你自从出胎以来，便称为悖逆的。


赛48:9
For my own name's sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to cut you off.
我为我的名暂且忍怒，为我的颂赞向你容忍，不将你剪除。


赛48:10
See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
我熬炼你，却不像熬炼银子；你在苦难的炉中，我拣选你。


赛48:11
For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this. How can I let myself be defamed? I will not yield my glory to another.
我为自己的缘故必行这事，我焉能使我的名被亵渎？我必不将我的荣耀归给假神。


赛48:12
"Listen to me, O Jacob, Israel, whom I have called: I am he; I am the first and I am the last.
雅各──我所选召的以色列啊，当听我言：'我是耶和华，我是首先的，也是末后的。


赛48:13
My own hand laid the foundations of the earth, and my right hand spread out the heavens; when I summon them, they all stand up together.
我手立了地的根基；我右手铺张诸天。我一招呼便都立住。'


赛48:14
"Come together, all of you, and listen: Which of the idols has foretold these things? The LORD'S chosen ally will carry out his purpose against Babylon; his arm will be against the Babylonians.
你们都当聚集而听，他们（或作“偶像”）内中谁说过这些事？耶和华所爱的人，必向巴比伦行他所喜悦的事，他的膀臂也要加在迦勒底人身上。


赛48:15
I, even I, have spoken; yes, I have called him. I will bring him, and he will succeed in his mission.
惟有我曾说过，我又选召他，领他来，他的道路就必亨通。


赛48:16
"Come near me and listen to this: "From the first announcement I have not spoken in secret; at the time it happens, I am there." And now the Sovereign LORD has sent me, with his Spirit.
你们要就近我来听这话：'我从起头并未曾在隐密处说话，自从有这事，我就在那里。'现在主耶和华差遣我和他的灵来（或作“耶和华和他的灵差遣我来”）。”


赛48:17
This is what the LORD says -- your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.
耶和华你的救赎主──以色列的圣者如此说：“我是耶和华你的 神，教训你使你得益处，引导你所当行的路。


赛48:18
If only you had paid attention to my commands, your peace would have been like a river, your righteousness like the waves of the sea.
甚愿你素来听从我的命令，你的平安就如河水，你的公义就如海浪。


赛48:19
Your descendants would have been like the sand, your children like its numberless grains; their name would never be cut off nor destroyed from before me."
你的后裔也必多如海沙，你腹中所生的也必多如沙粒。他的名在我面前必不剪除，也不灭绝。”


赛48:20
Leave Babylon, flee from the Babylonians! Announce this with shouts of joy and proclaim it. Send it out to the ends of the earth; say, "The LORD has redeemed his servant Jacob."
你们要从巴比伦出来，从迦勒底人中逃脱，以欢呼的声音传扬说：“耶和华救赎了他的仆人雅各！”你们要将这事宣扬到地极。


赛48:21
They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts; he made water flow for them from the rock; he split the rock and water gushed out.
耶和华引导他们经过沙漠。他们并不干渴；他为他们使水从磐石而流，分裂磐石，水就涌出。


赛48:22
"There is no peace," says the LORD, "for the wicked."
耶和华说：“恶人必不得平安！”
