为什么因我们的父亲没有儿子，就把他的名从他族中除掉呢？求你们在我们父亲的弟兄中分给我们产业。”
民27:5

于是，摩西将她们的案件呈到耶和华面前。
民27:6

耶和华晓谕摩西说：
民27:7
"What Zelophehad's daughters are saying is right. You must certainly give them property as an among their father's relatives and turn their father's over to them.
“西罗非哈的女儿说得有理，你定要在她们父亲的弟兄中，把地分给她们为业，要将她们父亲的产业归给她们。
民27:8
"Say to the ,'If a man dies and leaves no son, turn his over to his daughter.
你也要晓谕以色列人说：'人若死了没有儿子，就要把他的产业归给他的女儿；
民27:9
If he has no daughter, give his to his brothers.
他若没有女儿，就要把他的产业给他的弟兄；
民27:10
If he has no brothers, give his to his father's brothers.
他若没有弟兄，就要把他的产业给他父亲的弟兄；
民27:11
If his father had no brothers, give his inheritance to the nearest relative in his , that he may possess it. This is to be a legal requirement for the , as the LORD commanded .'"
他父亲若没有弟兄，就要把他的产业给他族中最近的亲属，他便要得为业。'这要作以色列人的律例、典章，是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。”
民27:12
Then the LORD said to , "Go up this mountain in the range and see the land I have given the .
耶和华对摩西说：“你上这亚巴琳山，观看我所赐给以色列人的地，
民27:13
After you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people, as your brother was,
看了以后，你也必归到你列祖（原文作“本民”）那里，像你哥哥亚伦一样。
民27:14

to go out and come in before them, one who will lead them out and bring them in, so the LORD'S people will not be like ."

民27:18
So the LORD said to Moses, "Take son of , a man in whom is the spirit, and lay your hand on him.
耶和华对摩西说：“嫩的儿子约书亚是心中有圣灵的，你将他领来，按手在他头上，
民27:19
Have him stand before the priest and the entire assembly and commission him in their presence.
使他站在祭司以利亚撒和全会众面前，嘱咐他，
民27:20
Give him some of your authority so the whole community will him.
又将你的尊荣给他几分，使以色列全会众都听从他。
民27:21
He is to stand before the priest, who will obtain decisions for him by the before the LORD. At his command he and the entire community of the will go out, and at his command they will come in."
他要站在祭司以利亚撒面前，以利亚撒要凭乌陵的判断，在耶和华面前为他求问。他和以色列全会众，都要遵以利亚撒的命出入。”
民27:22
Moses did as the LORD commanded him. He took and had him stand before the priest and the whole assembly.
于是，摩西照耶和华所吩咐的，将约书亚领来，使他站在祭司以利亚撒和全会众面前，

Then he laid his hands on him and commissioned him, as the LORD instructed through Moses.
