And stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Art not thou also one of his disciples? He denied it, and said, I am not.

One of the servants of the high priest, being his whose ear Peter cut off, , Did not I see in the garden with him?
有大祭司的一个仆人，是彼得削掉耳朵那人的亲属，说：“我不是看见你同他在园子里吗？”

彼得又不承认。立时鸡就叫了。

Then led they Jesus from unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, they should be ; but that they might eat .
众人将耶稣从该亚法那里往衙门内解去，那时天还早，他们自己却不进衙门，恐怕染了污秽，不能吃逾越节的筵席。

then went out unto them, and said, What bring ye against this man?
彼拉多就出来，到他们那里，说：“你们告这人是为什么事呢？”
约18:30
They answered and said unto him, If he were not a , we would not have delivered him up unto .
他们回答说：“这人若不是作恶的，我们就不把他交给你。”

Then said unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not for us to put any man to death:
彼拉多说：“你们自己带他去，按着你们的律法审问他吧！”犹太人说：“我们没有杀人的权柄。”

That the saying of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he , what death he should die.

Then entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?
彼拉多又进了衙门，叫耶稣来，对他说：“你是犹太人的王吗？”

therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? , Thou that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth my voice.

Pilate unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him at all.
