Again, David gathered together all the chosen men of Israel, thirty thousand.

And David was afraid of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me?
那日，大卫惧怕耶和华，说：“耶和华的约柜怎可运到我这里来？”
撒下6:10
So David would not remove the ark of the LORD him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obededom the .
于是，大卫不肯将耶和华的约柜运进大卫的城，却运到迦特人俄别以东的家中。
撒下6:11
And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obededom the three months: and the LORD Obededom, and all his household.
耶和华的约柜在迦特人俄别以东家中三个月。耶和华赐福给俄别以东和他的全家。
撒下6:12
And it was told king David, saying, The LORD the house of Obededom, and all that him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with .

And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she him in her heart.
耶和华的约柜进了大卫城的时候，扫罗的女儿米甲从窗户里观看，见大卫王在耶和华面前踊跃跳舞，心里就轻视他。

And they brought in the ark of the LORD, and set it in his place, that David had it: and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD.
众人将耶和华的约柜请进去，安放在所预备的地方，就是在大卫所搭的帐幕里。大卫在耶和华面前献燔祭和平安祭。

And as soon as David had made an end of offering burnt offerings and peace offerings, he the people in the name of the LORD of hosts.
大卫献完了燔祭和平安祭，就奉万军之耶和华的名给民祝福，

And he dealt among all the people, even among the whole of Israel, as well to the women as men, to every one bread, and a good piece of flesh, and a of wine. So all the people every one to his house.
并且分给以色列众人，无论男女，每人一个饼，一块肉，一个葡萄饼。众人就各回各家去了。
撒下6:20
Then David returned to his household. And the daughter of came out to meet David, and said, How was the king of Israel to day, who himself to day in the eyes of the of his servants, as one of the fellows himself!
大卫回家要给眷属祝福，扫罗的女儿米甲出来迎接他说：“以色列王今日在臣仆的婢女眼前露体，如同一个轻贱人无耻露体一样，有好大的荣耀啊！”
撒下6:21
And David said , It was before the LORD, which chose me before father, and before all his house, to appoint me over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD.
大卫对米甲说：“这是在耶和华面前；耶和华已拣选我，废了你父和你父的全家，立我作耶和华民以色列的君，所以我必在耶和华面前跳舞。
撒下6:22
And I will yet be more than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the which spoken of, of them shall I be had .
我也必更加卑微，自己看为轻贱。你所说的那些婢女，她们倒要尊敬我。”
撒下6:23
Therefore the daughter of had no child the day of her death.
