And God said , Arise, go up to , and there: and make there an God, that appeared when fleddest from the face of brother.

And they gave unto all the strange gods which were in their hand, and all their which were in their ears; and hid them under which was by .

And they journeyed: and of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of .

So Jacob came to , which is in the land of , that is, , he and all the people that were with him.

And he built there an , and called the place Elbethel: because there God appeared unto him, when he the face of his brother.

But Rebekah's nurse died, and she was buried beneath under an oak: and the name of it was called Allonbachuth.
利百加的奶母底波拉死了，就葬在伯特利下边橡树底下；那棵树名叫亚伦巴古。

And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padanaram, and him.
雅各从巴旦亚兰回来， 神又向他显现，赐福与他，
创35:10
And God said unto him, name is Jacob: name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be name: and he called his name Israel.
且对他说：“你的名原是雅各，从今以后不要再叫雅各，要叫以色列。”这样，他就改名叫以色列。
创35:11
And God said unto him, I am : be and ; a nation and a company of nations shall be of , and kings shall come out of ;
神又对他说：“我是全能的 神，你要生养众多，将来有一族和多国的民从你而生，又有君王从你而出。

And the land which I gave and , to I will give it, and to thy seed after will I give the land.
我所赐给亚伯拉罕和以撒的地，我要赐给你与你的后裔。”

And God went up from him in the place where he talked with him.
神就从那与雅各说话的地方升上去了。

And Jacob set up in the place where he talked with him, even of stone: and he poured a drink offering , and he poured oil .
雅各便在那里立了一根石柱，在柱子上奠酒、浇油。

And Jacob called the name of the place where God with him, .
雅各就给那地方起名叫伯特利。
创35:16
And they journeyed from Bethel; and there was but a little way to come to Ephrath: and Rachel , and she had hard labour.
他们从伯特利起行，离以法他还有一段路程，拉结临产甚是艰难。
创35:17
, when she was in hard labour, that the said unto her, Fear not; have this son also.
正在艰难的时候，收生婆对她说：“不要怕，你又要得一个儿子了。”

And Rachel died, and was the way to Ephrath, which is .
拉结死了，葬在以法他的路旁；以法他就是伯利恒。

And Jacob set upon her grave: that is the of Rachel's grave unto this day.
雅各在她的坟上立了一统碑，就是拉结的墓碑，到今日还在。

And Israel journeyed, and spread his tent beyond the tower of .
